Happy Birthday Cierra!

17 years ago today something happened that changed our life, Cierra Rachele Yanok was born. I will never forget that day. I was so overwhelmed with joy and excitement that I was taking photos with a camera that I had forgot to put film in. :-) So today we celebrate her 17th birthday. Cierra Happy Birthday Daddy Loves you and you are still my little girl!

1 Year ago Today

It was 1 year ago today that my Pap passed away. I called my Grandma just to see how she was doing and the alot of the family was there with her. She told she tries not to think about it but it is still difficult. I love my Grama. She informed me that she cooked my favorite soup (Italian Wedding Soup) for when I come home next week. I've had quite a few moments throughout today thinking of all the great talks and times I had with my Pap. I know the Bible says "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord" Although I celebrate his life, I still mourn his passing. I miss you Pap and think about you always.
