Forgive...Get over it....& Move On!

What's blocking your blessings? What is holding you back from a life of Peace? One of the biggest roadblocks to living the blessed life comes from people holding onto resentment, revenge and hurt.

The Laws of Blessing cannot work as long as you are holding onto grudges, offenses and hurts. You must forgive all those who have wronged you in life, get over it and move on!

Have Faith in Your Future...

“When one door closes another door opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed doors that we do not see the ones which are open for us.” —ALEXANDER GRAHAM BELL

Refuse to hold on to negative memories, past hurts, or play the victim game by blaming people or circumstances for how your life is today. Change really is possible and the best is yet to come... believe that and believe in your future! New and exciting opportunities are coming your way, because God's not through blessing you!

Declare this in faith: "When one door closes a better door opens for me. My biggest blessings and my best days are ahead!"

Season of Attack

Well I can honestly say that the Yanok house has been under series attack in the past few weeks. Spiritually, emotionally and physically. Tricia had to rush our oldest daughter Cierra to the hospital tuesday night because her fever was 105 and she shaking so hard and was about to go into a seizure, Emily, Evan Christian, and Grayson all had fevers of 104 and sickness that week also. I am not a conspiracy theorist at all, but I do recognize a serious attack when I see it. Not to add to attack but I have personally been under great pressure the past few weeks. Then to make things a little bit difficult, I am currently here in South Bend ministering to a struggling church and doing my best to infuse into them faith and life of God, came down with the flu. So I have preached the last two nights with a fever, sickness, flu, whatever, I have felt it. I have lived on Ginger Ale and Saltine crackers for the past 2 days.

Today is the first day I feel better...I spent the morning having breakfast with my friend Pastor John Nordstrom at LePeep, it happens to be on the list of my favorite places to eat breakfast or brunch. Then I spent the rest of the morning at Notre Dame. What a great campus. I was able to meditate and pray and just take in the surroundings. Although I am true Buckeye first, ND is right there also. The USA Today poll has them ranked #3, but I have a great feeling that Charlie and The Wiese Guys can have a National Championship this year. Go Irish!

I am actually typing this blog from Panera Bread restaurant, I just finished a nice hot bowl of Chicken noodle soup and a whole grain bageutte. ummmmm, ummmmmm, good.

Well, I will be preaching this evening to a group of churches from this region and then I finish up in the morning by doing a Leadership Seminar. I have a 9 hour drive tomorrow and I am looking forward to getting home to my family, I really miss them.

WOW! What a Evening!

I drove today to Indianapolis to spend the night at My brother and Sister in law's home. I am on my way to preach in Mishawaka, Indiana at Pastor Terry Henson's Greater Faith Fellowship beginning Wednesday thru Friday.

Well anyway, when I got there, Chef Doug (their personal chef) had a wonderful healthy meal prepared; lamb, asperagus, and mashed califlower. Simply awesome, and then fresh berries for dessert. What was even better than the food was the company. I had the honor of eating with Dr.Tony Perrone. He is One of the nation's leading nutritional authorities, has been practicing Clinical Nutrition for over 13 years. His clients include Jessica Simpson, Demi Moore, Denzel Washington, Paula Abdul, Janet Jackson, Charlie Sheen, John Cusak, Merv Griffin, Russell Crowe, Angela Bassett, Priscilla Presley, Robin Williams, Wayne Newton, Bruce Willis, Frank Langella, athletes, housewifes, professionals, children, seniors and more. He is the author "Body Fat Breakthrough". He told me how he gave his heart to the Lord and how he changed his life. We really connected and is going to help me become more healthier and loose more weight. Wow, what a great connection.

Also at the table was Bill Harrison. He and is brother Steve own Bradley Communications Corp and Radio & TV Interview Report. Bill is one of the world's leading marketing experts. He sat down with me and gave me some of the most incredible ideas to market my products (books & Cd's). Information that would have normally cost someone thousands of dollars in consultation fees.

It is amazing the people God puts in your life at the specific times. The Steps of a good man are ordered of the Lord.....

Headed back to Tennessee.....

I am currently typing this in the Southwest Airlines area of Port Columbus. Reflecting on the past two days and thinking about the future. Last night I met one of my best friends growing up, Ron Kendle and his wife Julie and their 5 year old daughter Tori. It was great seeing them. Ron and I lived in the same town and went to the same school together, and pulled some pretty crazy pranks around town, But never got caught..... :-) He is doing very well, especially financially and family. I am very happy to see what he has become. I then was in service at Eagle Rock Church and heard a wonderful word from Dr. John Tetsola, he is a brilliant mind and ministry, and spoke on What happens when you are betrayed. WOW! I GOT THE CD! Apostle Naomi Dowdy spoke also on "Passing The Baton". She focused on how Pastors transition out of pastoring into the Apostolic. What to do and not to do. She knows what she is talking about. She went to Singapore 30 years ago and has raised up a powerful Church, Trinity Christian Center, and is currently running around 10,000. She showed us a video clip of the "Changing of the Command" service where she turned the church over to Pastor Dominic Yeo. Powerful. Naomi now lives in Dallas and travels the nations speaking on the Apostolic.

I was also able to spend some quality of time two of my ministry mentors, Pastor David Forbes and Pastor Les Bowling. Just spending that time and gleaning from their wisdom was worth the trip. I hooked up with a new friend today for lunch, Pastor Gary Keesee. He read my book Divine Strategies for Success and called me when he found out was coming into town. He is definitly a new friend and co laborer in the harvest, and I look forward to building a strategic friendship with him. He has a great mind and revelation concerning finances within the Body of Christ.

I really missed my wife and kids and and I am ready to speak tomorrow at our church. I am concluding a series entitled "Cracking the Solomon Code- (keys to success, wealth, and happiness)".

My travels....day 1

Was up at 5:30 AM this morning. It was a quick wake up because Emily had spiked another 104.5 fever and she was sleeping in our bed because of it. Caleb Collins drove me to Nashville airport at 6:30, we both had a great time talking about our dreams and aspirations. So I Arrived today in Columbus, Ohio. After waiting 30 minutes for my car rental, I ended up going to lunch at Champps Restaurant with my parents. It is always good seeing and being with my family. God has blessed me with a great family.

Spent a little time at Easton Town Center, to me it is one of the grandest shopping places in America. It is a mixture of Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, stores on Madison Avenue in Manhattan, with the decor and feel of NYC, London, Paris, and Italy. Just an over all fun place to walk, shop, look, dream, think, eat, and of course Starbucks and a conversation. It was and is a favorite hang out for Tricia and I(and our kids).

I am here for Pastor Les Bowling's Eagle Rock Covenant Network Conference and his new building dedication. I am looking forward to seeing Pastor Les and friends and getting some good Word and Fellowship.

The Dash

Someone sent this to me today. It has a powerful message concerning Time. It won't take long, just watch, contemplate and evaluate where your life is and where it is going, and search for what really matters while we are here on this earth.....
